While we make every effort to promptly update our website as items sell in-store, there may be rare occasions where an item remains listed online after it has sold at our physical location. As a result, availability shown online does not guarantee in-store availability.

If you plan to pick up an item in person, we strongly recommend calling ahead to confirm availability.

For shipped orders, inventory is verified at the time of processing. If an item is no longer available, a refund will be issued for the out-of-stock item.

Local pickup is available — save on shipping fees by choosing local pickup at checkout.

Condition & Collectibles Disclosure
We do not list collectibles as “mint.” The term is subjective and often loosely used. We believe in honest and transparent selling, and what may be considered mint by one collector may not be by another.

Due to the high volume of collectibles we carry and receive, it is not possible to identify every minor flaw. All items are sold as is. Minor imperfections such as slight paint variations, manufacturing inconsistencies, or small box blemishes are common with mass-produced collectibles and may occur during production or distributor handling.

All items we sell are 100% authentic and sourced from official distributors.

Images & Product Representation
The item pictured may not be the exact unit you receive. We often order multiple quantities, and images may represent a previously sold unit or a stock image provided by the distributor. Photos are intended to give a general representation of the product.

Returns & Final Sale Policy
Due to the rarity and collectible nature of our items, all sales are final. Returns will not be accepted for minor paint flaws, box imperfections, or manufacturing defects.

If box condition is extremely important to you, we recommend purchasing in person so you can inspect the item before buying.

If you require guaranteed “mint” condition, we may not be the right seller for you. We prefer transparency and would rather decline a sale than have a customer feel disappointed.

Shipping & Handling
We ship once per week; therefore, extended handling times may apply to all orders.
